H.L.A. van der Spek Holding B.V. is the controller for the personal data processed through this site.

The web server records the IP address, the time, the page requested, and the browser type for every visit. I use those logs to keep the site secure and working, and delete them after fourteen days. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

From those logs I derive anonymised visitor counts. What is kept cannot be traced back to individuals. The site runs at a hosting provider within the European Economic Area. These figures are not shared with third parties.

If you get in touch, I process your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message, to answer your question and for client relationship management. Email runs through Google Workspace; Google processes your data solely on my instructions, under a data processing agreement and with appropriate safeguards for transfers. I keep correspondence for as long as necessary; invoices are subject to the statutory seven-year retention period.

You may request access to your data, have it corrected or erased, have the processing restricted, object to the processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
